In this episode I talk with Sophie Powers about Loneliness and Isolation in Youth. This conversation is so important to get an inside perspective on mental health from a Youth. Sophie speaks very well about this topic and has such a great grasp on mental health and how to articulate it. Sophie has written a song called Lonely Army which details the feelings of a teenager going through quarantine, changing schools, toxic social media, and many more of the trials and tribulations of life.
